Why private notes need better context

Sensitive records become safer to use when they include context, ownership, and a clear reason for being saved.

A private note is rarely just a secret. It may be a password hint, a recovery code location, a household access detail, or a reminder tied to a document.

Context reduces future confusion. What is this for? When was it last checked? Is it still needed?

The safe-box idea in Danco should make important private records easier to understand later, not just harder to see now.
