Health records that fit real life

Workout and diet tracking should help you notice patterns without making every meal feel like a report.

Health records are useful when they are easy to keep. A workout completed, a diet note, a water target, a sleep note. Small records compound when the interface stays light.

The system should support plans and evidence. What was the workout? What did you actually do? What needs to change next week?

This is not about perfection. It is about having enough memory outside your head to make better choices later.
