[ 01 ] Planning
A gentle system for busy days

A daily plan works best when it lowers the weight of the day instead of adding another performance target.
A useful daily plan does not need to capture every hour. It needs to name the few things that would otherwise stay loose in your head.
Start with three anchors: what needs to happen, what would help, and what can wait. This keeps the plan honest. It also leaves room for the normal interruptions that make a day human.
Danco should make this kind of planning feel calm. The daily view can hold a morning reset, a short task list, and a few personal reminders without turning the day into a rigid schedule.
